Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 2008. He also holds a Master of Sciences in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada (2010). During his time at the University of Western Ontario, Ryan participated in the sports medicine program with a field placement with the Western Mustangs Football Club in 2007/2008. As part of this placement, he assisted physiotherapists and athletic therapists with the treatment of athletes at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic. In addition to working with an athletic population, Ryan also completed a field placement at a nursing home in London. Together, these placements allowed him to gain a broad spectrum of experience in preparation for a Master of Sciences in physiotherapy program
Upon completion of his physiotherapy studies in 2010, Ryan began practicing in Sarnia, ON. To gain more knowledge and skills in the field of physiotherapy, he completed continuing education courses in acupuncture, taping, Mulligan Manual Therapy Concepts, concussion rehabilitation, and sports physiotherapy courses. In addition to these courses, Ryan completed all the levels of the Orthopaedic Division Manual Therapy curriculum to obtain a diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy and has become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT). Ryan is also certified in Integrated Dry Needling (CIDN).
With a keen interest in sports and skills in physiotherapy, Ryan has worked with many sports teams providing training and physiotherapy services. He worked as the team trainer with the Sarnia Beavers Senior Lacrosse Team from 2012-2014 and has worked with the Lambton College Varsity Teams since 2012. In 2015, Ryan was selected to be a physiotherapist at the Pan Am Games in Toronto, Ontario, covering the men’s and women’s field hockey tournament.

Jamie graduated with her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2015. She previously completed her Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics at The University of Guelph in Ontario, where she worked as a Student Athletic Therapist with the Guelph Gryphons Women’s Soccer team. Jamie grew up focusing on basketball and track and field but now spends most of her time either running, golfing or working out. Her inspiration to become a physiotherapist started with her own injuries and understanding the role we have in prevention remains the driving force to her continuing education. Before joining the Cross Works team, Jamie was practicing in London, ON and Edmonton, AB, working at clinics with a focus in sports populations including crossfit athletes, triathletes and recreational athletes of all kinds.
Jamie has completed courses in the Advanced Orthopaedic and Manual Manipulative Physiotherapy program through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, Mulligan Concepts, Selective Functional Movement Assessment through Functional Movement Systems and The Assessment and Treatment of Running and other Athletic Injuries to the Lower Quarter through Swodeam Institute. She implements a collaborative manual therapy and exercise approach to her practise and likes to work with all different populations. She works hard to not only solve your musculoskeletal issues but prevent future injuries in the process.

At UWO Jason had a placement at the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging in London and had the opportunity to run various senior and stroke exercises classes, which confirmed his passion for wanting to work in healthcare. He completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario in 2011.
Jason grew up in Sarnia and following graduation he moved back to Sarnia and began working in the physiotherapy field. He has worked in a variety of settings in physiotherapy including; private clinic, homecare, and in hospital. He has completed his Neuro-development Training (NDT) certificate course and some advanced courses in NDT to assist patients with Stroke and Brain Injuries. He has spent the last number of years working at Bluewater Health as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist for the assessment of knee and hip osteoarthritis and worked primarily in the outpatient orthopaedics department treating patients post surgery.
Outside of physiotherapy, Jason is passionate about CrossFit and functional fitness. He completed his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course and has a garage gym where he has trained a variety of clients and sports teams. When he isn’t busy in the garage, running, or playing volleyball, he spends time with his wife Natalie and their two children Ellis and Brooks. Jason and Natalie are passionate about both travelling the world and drinking coffee.

Reves was born and raised in South-Africa. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 1996 at the University of the Orange Free State, South-Africa. In 1997, she completed her dry needling certification, CND (ZMS) and received certification in Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy through the Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy Group of South-Africa in 1998. Reves Immigrated to Canada in 1999.
She completed her Level 1 Acupuncture certification through the AFCZ and received CAFCZ in 2003. Reves received certification in GTT (Gokavi Traverse Technique) dry needling in 2006. She completed training in A.R.T. (active release technique soft tissue release) for upper extremity, lower extremity, spine and long track nerve entrapments and held active certification from 2009-2018.
Reves has been practicing physiotherapy for 24 years and has done a multitude of continuing education courses over the years to improve her skill set and knowledge in the field. Some of these include Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Taping, Cupping, Mulligan Manual Therapy Concepts, A.R.T, and sport injuries.
She has been a trainer with the Sarnia Girls Hockey Association for the past 8 years.
Even after 24 years of experience, Reves prides herself in always striving to achieve an even higher level of excellence through participating in continuing education courses on an ongoing basis; she enjoys working with all different populations.
In her free time she enjoys staying active with kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, swimming and resistance training. Her favourite pastimes are downhill skiing and scuba diving with her husband and two children.

Clara completed her Bachelor of Science with an Honors Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University. At Western, she worked with the women’s soccer team as a student athletic trainer. In this role she participated in the rehabilitation of a large range of athletic injuries and collaborated with the whole healthcare team to best care for the athletes. At Western she also volunteered in the R. Samuel McLaughlin Foundation Exercise and Pregnancy Lab. Here she helped lead exercise programs for women in the postpartum period which ignited her passion for women’s health, pelvic floor physiotherapy and gender inequality in healthcare.
Clara went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. During her studies she took electives in perinatal care and gained experience working in pelvic health through shadowing and placement opportunities. She was also the student representative for the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. In this role she advocated for women’s and pelvic health by organizing donation drives, webinars and educational content on social media. During school, Clara also completed placements in northern Ontario and mental health services which has given her experience with many unique and diverse populations. Since graduating, Clara has completed continuing education in pelvic health and incontinence. She strives to build her practice on evidence based, client centered care.

Jenna grew up on a farm just outside of Forest, ON and completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences with an Honours Specialization in Biology at the University of Western Ontario in 2013. She received the Gold Medalist award in her undergraduate program. Jenna knew she always wanted a career in healthcare, so she went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy at Western in 2015. She has worked in orthopedics for all ages in Sarnia since graduating.
